Infotech Houston Solutions has supported businesses and medical practices in Houston since 2000 as a managed service provider: on-site and remote support, cloud hosting, and cloud telephony. For years we resold other vendors' phone systems and lived with their outages, their add-on pricing and their "AI" that arrived as a chatbot on the side.
So we built our own. IHS Phone runs on our own phone-network connections, on our own equipment in Houston and Dallas, and on software written by our engineering teams in Houston, Ahmedabad and Manila. We operate it as critical infrastructure for the practices and firms that depend on it, and we serve customers across the United States and around the world.
