Infotech Houston Solutions ("IHS", "we") operates ihsphone.com and the IHS Phone service. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit a demo or contact form we collect the details you provide (name, work email, phone, organization, industry, message) so that we can respond. Our web server records standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and performance. We use no advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To respond to your request, to prepare a proposal, and to improve the site. We do not sell personal information. Form submissions are emailed to our sales team and stored in our CRM.
Customers of the IHS Phone service
Use of the service itself is governed by your service agreement and, for healthcare customers, a Business Associate Agreement. Please do not submit protected health information through this website's forms.
