Sign in with your work email (or your Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace account) and your extension, voicemail, texts, faxes, directory and call history follow you to the browser, the Windows or macOS desktop app, the iOS and Android apps and your desk phone. Start a call on the desk phone and flip it to your mobile on the way out; nobody notices.

Works in Chrome, Edge and Safari with nothing to install; pin it like an app in one click for daily use. Dial pad, hold, transfer, conference, recording on and off, headset and speaker choice, voicemail, texting, fax and the directory.
Windows 11 and macOS desktop apps
Proper installed apps for people who live on the phone: six lines, park and retrieve, pick up, paging and intercom, queue sign-in and wallboard, a panel of busy lights that shows who is on a call and with whom, headset buttons for Jabra, Poly, Yealink and EPOS, click to call from any application, and caller pop-up. Installs cleanly on company-managed computers.
iOS and Android apps
Calls and texts from the business number so personal numbers stay private; incoming calls ring even when the app is closed; voicemail with transcripts; fax inbox; directory; see who is available. A quick address check keeps 911 accurate wherever staff are working.
Microsoft Teams
Sign in with Microsoft 365, sync contacts and availability, receive voicemail and fax notifications in Teams channels with the audio or PDF right there, and route calls around your Teams calendar. Making and receiving outside calls inside Teams is available as an option.
Chrome click-to-call extension
Turns phone numbers on any web page into a click, with caller pop-up from HubSpot, Salesforce and your other systems.
