Every new account is verified (business registration, authorized contact, service address) before activation. It keeps caller ID clean and the network trusted, and it is how we can serve customers worldwide.

Our Houston team answers the phone; our Ahmedabad and Manila teams keep the platform moving around the clock.
Pricing questions
Do you charge extra for HIPAA compliance or a BAA?
No. The BAA and the compliance controls are part of the Secure Communications and AI Enterprise plans.
How is AI billed?
Transcription, text-to-speech and fax OCR run on our own servers and are included. Cloud AI features (the AI receptionist, summaries and call intelligence) are metered; you can use our keys with a monthly allowance or bring your own provider keys so usage bills to you directly.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month and annual options are available; annual terms include a discount and locked pricing.
Do you serve customers outside Texas or outside the United States?
Yes. Phones and apps connect over the internet from anywhere, and we are adding regional data centers. International customers complete the same business verification and receive local or US numbers depending on the country.
Can we start with one location?
Yes. Many customers pilot one office or one department and add the rest as they are ready; configuration carries over.
